If a product has quality problems within 30days of customers receiving it, we will be responsible for exchanging youritem. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, wewill exchange the product as soon as possible.
Faulty items must be returned in originalcondition and buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. Please take noteof the following:
All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging. Forfaster service, please include a copy of your packing slip and write down yourreasons.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and insurance ofall returns and exchanges.
It is important to declare your package as a "Product forReturn" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercialvalue.
Please allow 10 business days to process your returns orexchanges.

2).Non Quality Issues:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of deliveryfor a full refund. Items should be returned in their original productpackaging. Fine Product that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise alteredafter delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Product must bereturned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. We will notaccept refund after 30 days of delivery.
Returned products should be in original condition with originalpackaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process ofreturning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
